WELCOME Visiting Nurse Service is a not-for-profit Home Health Care agency founded in 1913. Our goal then was to meet some of the health care needs of the community. Today, more than 96 years later, this is still our aim. We now serve 23 counties in central Indiana, offering a growing array of services.
